$395 USD -- The Telefunken T-1000 transistor tuner comes in a real plywood (not fiber board) case and is in excellent condition. It has been thoroughly checked, fully aligned, and fine tuned for maximum sound quality and sensitivity. This AM/FM tuner has both fixed and variable outputs. The variable output knob on the front of the unit allows the tuner to be directly coupled to a power amplifier without requiring a preamplifier and an additional set of interconnect cables. The T-1000 has both a MPX filter switch and FM muting switch. It also has a recording level check position that generates a signal tone to correctly adjust the level when recording off the air.
